Booking Process:
|
1. Confirm availability and fee
• directly with Blake at bwillard@xplornet.ca or (403) 938-6596 prior to your event (at the earliest possible date). Bookings are taken on a 1st come, 1st served and confirmed basis. Reserve early to avoid disappointment!

2. Fees:
• Range from $1,100 and up (depending on location, time of day, etc…). Includes;
o 1 Trained Driver who is also a horse / reins man & 1 Attendant (approx. 7 hours of time by each person for each event)
o 1 - Beautiful horse drawn white and red velvet interior “Cinderella” carriage or wagon in top working condition
o 4 – 5 white horses in inventory that are well trained and in best health / physical condition
o 2 – beautiful white horses that are trained and cleaned to be the “horsepower” for the horse drawn carriage AND ready to go for your special event
o 2 – sets of fancy black leather harness which has been cleaned/shined and in best condition – always!
o Barn and land/pasture to have horses cared for 365 days of the year
o Savvy horse person to care for the horses – always!
o Feed, medicine and training for ALL horses – year round
o Ferrier service and shoes at least once per quarter each year for each horse
o Veterinarian services and shots – when required
o 1 – 2 Trucks, big enough to haul horses / carriage trailer and supplies
o 1 – 2 Trailers to haul 2 horses, 1 carriage and supplies
o Commercial insurance (for all above) on an annual basis
o Cost for advertising, marketing and promotion – on an annual basis
• Photo Shoot fees start at $400 and up. (Includes; 1 hour and at the Willard’s Whisky Hill location only) . Contact for Details

3. Payment process: Once your event has been confirmed then…
• 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• 50% remaining balance is sent with the deposit and payment shall be made one week prior to the day of your event
• Cash, cheque, money order, Visa & Master Card is accepted, (please note: there is an additional 2% fee to process credit cards)

4. Inclement weather:
• If Mother Nature is having a bad day, and if you decided that the horses/carriage will not be able to proceed with the event you may cancel before 9 AM on the day of the event and Blake will refund 50% of your money. However, Blake has had a remarkable track record (99%) of great weather on event days!

5. Cancellations: the deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance will not have to be paid… remember, this day has been reserved for you!

6. Horse Safety: Please keep in mind that our horses and their safety come first!

7. Disclaimer: Due to the nature of the horse industry and if the horses are unable to perform at the event or if there is an unforeseen mechanical breakdown, all monies will be reimbursed with no ramifications to First Class Carriages.
